Designation   Sourcing executive-IT recruitment

Job Description   We are looking for smart recruiters with 3months to 2 years of experience ,who have a passion for IT recruitment and interested in making a career of it with iGATE. The following are the prerequisites:

-Should be a graduate with minimum 3months to 2years of experience in recruitment.

-Should have good oral & written communication skills.

-Experience in recruiting skilled professionals at various levels and in headhunting probable candidates will be a added advantage.
