1.Should be able to understand the instruction and rules for processing  and apply it.
2.Should deliver required productivity as per process benchmark.
3.Should achieve quality standards as per process benchmark.
4.Should seek job related information from peers and supervisor.
5.Seek feedback from seniors for self development.
6.Should communicate any queries regarding the process to the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficient typing skills with minimum typing speed of 40wpm (alpha and numeric) and accuracy level of 92-93%
Highly skilled in the use of personal computers and keyboard terminals.
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.

Good Typing Speed (Min 30 WPM)
Average Communication Skills
International Client Exposure
