Make Outbound Calls to fix appointments with US clients

Typing Speed above 60 wpm & quick in using the keyboard
Excellent communication skills & neutral accent
Willing to work in 11-8pm slot
People with experience in Research preferred
Basic knowledge of MS-Office, Internet, IT industry
