Job Description
Handling Customer Calls.
Coordination with Engineers for addressing the complaints.
Customer feedback of effective call closures.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills

Pleasing Personality with Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills
Basic Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Awareness of Computer Hardware would be an added asset
Senstivity towards Customers requirements

Qualification : Graduates (Except B.E/B.Tech and M.C.A.)
Experience : 1-2 years experience of handling service desk preferably for IT support.
