Job Description The opportunities are at a Business Analyst & Senior Business Analyst level in our Marketing and Sales Operations (MSO) team which provides enablement and support to the worldwide sales team of Client Executives based at various foreign sales offices of Evalueserve, covering the Marketing Communications, Sales Support, Lead Generation and Proposals.
The Marketing & Sales Operations team comprises of the following three divisions:
1. Warm Lead Generation
2. India Sales Team
3. Proposals
Desired Candidate ProfileDivision: Warm Lead GenerationPositions: Business Analyst (0-2 yrs exp)/ Senior Business Analyst (2 to 5 yrs exp)
Job Profile:Research firms / markets to identify and map potential / opportunities.
Prospect Identification / Lead generation-Cold calling and running focused campaigns.
Fixing business appointments for our Client Executives based at various foreign sales offices of Evalueserve.
Maintaining databases.
Collecting information on novel business opportunities - finding ways of trapping information (newspapers/journals/press releases/ tracking firms)

Job Profile:Provide Sales and Marketing support for Worldwide EVS Client Executives.
Perform research on firms / markets to identify and map potential opportunities
Develop relevant and creative methods for sourcing leads (Internet, publications, networking, referrals, tracking firms etc.)
Creation and maintenance of Marketing Collateral
Identification, tracking and providing sales support for trade-shows and conferences
Running sales and marketing campaigns with local Client Executives
Meeting weekly and monthly targets
Work closely with the Operations teams for executing marketing campaigns

Analyst (2-5 yrs exp)
Job Profile:Communicate with clients & Clinet Executives for requests.
Interaction with various teams within the Organization.
Understanding key aspects about Evalueserve such as the company background, research capabilities, operational processes, vertical specialization, company growth targets, company's sales model.
Drafting proposals, responding to RFP & RFIs
Structuring the client's requirements
Feasibility analysis from Evalueserve point of view
Effort estimation to conduct research
