Job Description

         Will be responsible for recruitment & induction
Should be able to manage recruitment process in Manufacturing, Software, Sales and Engineering in minimum closure time
Should be able to screen resume's based on skill sets needed
Will be responsible for creating, maintaining and updating the databank for various category of skilled professionals for future needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Degree but preferably in HR domain

2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and induction
Knowledge of MS Office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc is essential

Good communication skills (written/verbal) in English is essential.
