EM Job DescriptionGlobal trade show participation (end-to-end): Events Strategy, Preparation of annual Events calendar, finalization with practice heads, marketing budget allocation, contact initiation and contract negotiation with event organizers, event planning, branding with all collaterals, execution, post show follow-up & ROI evaluation for each event
CxO visits and CxO summits: End-to-end event planning & branding for CxO visits including event management, only brand management for work level customer visits Overall objective is to stage an experience for our customer & prospects
Customer appreciation programs: Organizing customer appreciation and intimacy programs
Desired Profile MBA (MKTG / IT) with 2 3 years of experience in IT marketing. Preference would be given for candidates from IT companies.
BE/ BSc/ BBM as graduation & should have a flair for Event Planning & Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High energy and able to manage multiple priorities concurrently
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels of seniority.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High degree of competence in MS Office applications
