Client Service Analyst Job Description 1.Act as a Client Service specialist within Bangalore Client Service team, working closely with the regional client service teams and specified product team(s) to fulfill regularly scheduled Institutional Client reporting needs (product teams include: Global Fixed Income, US Growth Equity, US Value Equity, Global Active Equity, Quantitative Equity, Quantitative Strategies, Money Market, Hedge Fund Strategies, Private Equity, Merchant Banking)
2.Gather data for Institutional client reports from various GSAM teams and systems including: Product Management teams, Client Service Managers, Operations, Performance Measurement and Risk, Legal and Compliance, and Accounting/Billing.
3.Work on Ad-hoc client requests which includes client and legal questionnaires and other miscellaneous requests.
4.Liaise with the Regional Client Service teams on an on-going basis to escalate and resolve issues, stay abreast of new clients, update templates to reflect changes to existing reporting requirements
5.Work closely with the regional client service team in tracking/ notifying credit quality guidelines, account changes and cash flows.
6.Identify and resolve billing errors and follow up on aged receivables.
7.Provide business user support on various technological developments to the Institutional Client Reporting systems. Participate in business requirement definition and user acceptance testing.
8.Provide data maintenance support for the Regional Client Service teams on applications including: RADAR, Saleslogix, Institutional Client Report Generation Tool, CID, I-web.
9.Support the set-up and maintenance of new client access on I-web system.
Desired Profile 1.Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business discipline would be ideal.
2.Strong project management skills including: ability to organize and track multiple threads of activity, ability to deliver on tight timelines, hands-on approach to resolving issues.
