Trainee - Marketing (M/F) Job Description Support market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness. Support monitoring competitor activities.
Support product selection and accessories to be displayed at trade shows and other promotional events.
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers.
Arrange for effective distribution of marketing material, writing & distributing press releases.
Developing advertising opportunities, which can involve placing adverts in national, regional and specialist publications, or on the radio (depending on the organisation and the campaign).
Maintaining and updating mailing databases.
Supporting the Sales Manager, and other colleagues.
