Job Description:
â Relationship Management for a Portfolio of customers
â Responsible for Cross Sell & enhancing relationship with existing customers.
â Selling of Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance & CASA.
â Managing Operations like Account opening, FD, Lockers, Forex etc.
â Deepening of existing CASA relationships.
â Generation of referrals from internal database.
â Customer acquisition & cross sell to walk in customers
â FD (premature withdrawals, maturity instructions, etc)
â Report Generation & filing
â Generate business and cross sell all products and services of the Bank
â Enhance the value of existing accounts of CASA customers. Retention of accounts.
â Pins custodian
â ATM/Debit card hotlising
â Stop payment
