Engineer - SLA/OLA


Job Description

 Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly / Quaterly Service Level Reporting (SLR)
 Development of tools and reports using SQL Query and Vb Scripting
 Incorporate existing service improvement plans / programs into the Service Level Management Process.
 Creation and maintenance of a catalog of services.
 Investigate and report all breaches of OLAâs and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences
 Mapping of SLA with OLA for existing and new telecom operation.
 Analyze, facilitate service performance reporting
 Act as coordination point for any temporary changes to service levels.

Desired Profile

   OMC engineer with 2-3 Yrs of reporting, report development and report analysis in wireless communication. Report development experioence using SQL, VB/Java scripting or coding experience in VC++ is must.
