Kernel Programmers


Job Description

   The job requires atleast 4 to 6 years experience in the following areas.

 Experience with TCP/IP networking protocols and installationsr.
 Must be able to debug transport data in large scale network deploymentsr.
 Experience in design/development of systems software for ESX internals.
 Excellent C and multi-threaded programming skills
 Real-time multi-threaded software development OS programming concepts
 Linux kernel experience and core networking

Desired Profile

   â You will be responsible for understanding of the entire code base, architectural considerations, design and design decisions related to the project/product.
 Should be open to be hands-on to do programming.
Responsible for deciding and standardizing on tools (IDE, profiling, CM, Defect Tracking, Build Management, etc)
 Responsible for mentoring and coaching at least 4 - 7 developers technically
 Responsible for design of modules / sub systems using OOAD methodology in a project
