About Service Area:-

The Associate Analyst - Content Management (AA) would be jointly responsible for maintainance and development of content that would be viewed by Deloitte professionals at large on the Firm's global knowledge portal. The basic content management processes include initial review and abstracting of submitted content, and upholding intellectual property and client confidentiality restrictions.?
The AA will be working with specific internal Deloitte organizations to support KM applications in accordance to standard and organizational specific processes and quality.?

Key Job Responsibilities
?
Basic content management processes include, but are not limited to:
1. Initial review of submitted material and collection of targeted content stored in other databases.
2. Searching the database to ensure submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal.
3. Writing basic descriptions for each submission.
4. Organizing and tagging content to facilitate its retrieval within the portal.
5. Review and policing of content to ensure intellectual property restrictions are upheld.
6. Cleansing of client proposals and deliverables to maintain client confidentiality agreements.
7. Following established document workflow standards for publishing content within the portal.
8. Ensuring high quality of work
