Desired Candidate ProfileStrong business process expertise in any of the following areas:
Industry Specific:
IS-Oil Upstream / Downstream (PRA & TSW),
IS-Utilities,
IS-Media;
IS-Insurance.
Functional: SCM APO; SD, MM, FI, CO, HR, PP, PS, AFS, CRM
B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with an aggregate score of 65% or above from IIT/NIT/any Premium Institute Advanced ABAP concepts - Data model, Authorization, Transaction model, Archiving, ALE/IDOC, BAPI, database & programming optimization techniques .Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming, ideally with ABAP OO
Experience in executing projects in a distributed development model
Excellent communication skills: presentation/facilitation, verbal communication, writing & listening .Strong analytical and problem solving skills .Flexibility when cooperating with colleagues of different cultural background .Experience in designing and implementing software architecture
