EAI SUPPORT - SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER Job Description � EAI is one of the key players in interfacing who Will be interacting with developers, consultants, functional people, project manager, business lines, customer etc
� Dealing with incidents related to the technical handling of interface messages
� Involved in End to End monitoring such as Component monitoring ,Message monitoring ,Performance monitoring ,Message monitoring ,Queque monitoring
tRFC monitoring,ICM monitoring on Java , SAP XI and Abap Platforms
� Will be involed in Resolving of error messages ,Resending/canceling/deleting of messages
� Involved in Workflow (notification groups) � maintenance by Creating notification groups and adding users for standard workflow handling of errorneous Idocs
� Needs to analyse logging of J2SE Adapters in case of Errors are related to Adapters.
� Will be responsible for maintaining UserId's/Passwords of Connection Users, all except SAP users in Passwordtool
� Will be responsible for mapping tool for EDI Messages (EDIFACT, ANSIX12, Flatfiles, COPS) and recovering Mercator files in case of error
� Will be one point of contact for maintenance of firewalls via predefined requests
Desired Profile� Should have delivered support in complex EAI and multi-discipline IT and Business environments
� Experienced with Managed Operations (managed by ITIL processes)
� Experience with Customer/Business orientation focus ( should be able to determine impact and consequences of own actions)
� Experience in taking responsibility for issue resolution towards customer
Experience 3 - 5 Years
