Blackberry OS (RIM OS) application development - They need to have written application on mobile phone on blackberry's various flavors/versions 2. Should have web services experience - in other words they need to call webservices from the application that they write on mobile phones over WIFI. 3. This whole process does not involve any simple phones. Only works with high end phones such as blackberries and also has nothing to do with call network - only WIFI. They need to have call control experience with WIFI
