1. Research & Material development
2. Training new hires on processes
3. Coordinating with L&D, Project Leads etc
4. Create schedules and lesson plans
5. Identify training needs and create trainings around the same

Skills Required:

1. Must have been a process trainer for atleast 2 years in a BPO setting
2. Not more than 5 years overall experience
3. Should have done content development
4. Should have facilitated process trainings
5. Experience in making training schedules
6. Experience in adult learning concepts
7. Certified Trainer certification preferred
