Executive-Strategic Resourcing Job Description â To understand IT requirements of clientâs IT resource need and deliver qualified consultants
â Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contract openings.
â Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.
â Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on Collaberaâs process.
â Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
â Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
â Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
â Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.
Desired Profile Required Competencies:
â 3 year college degree preferred
â MBA-HR candidates will be highly preferred
â Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
â Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to succeed.
â Ability to work in a faced paced environment.
â Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building skills are the traits for the right candidate
â Excellent communication and customer service skills.
â Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
â Strong desire to earn a good income
â Willingness to work in Night shifts
