Customer Service Associate


Job Description   

To ensure understanding and achievement of sales target as per monthly Annual Business Plan and the achievement of the same
To create and maintain accurate customer database at the store at all times.
To submit information on defects and give feedback on product movement to team leaders
To ensure understanding & adherence of all SOPs at the store level
To ensure fulfillment of all customer delivery commitments
To ensure proper and timely reports are sent to team leaders
