HR Generalist/Coordinator Job Description Job Summary
The role of HR Coordinator is responsible for HR administrative support required to occur in country on standard HR programmes. The role is a key link between the country HR team and SunDIAL to ensure HR provides a seamless service for Sun managers and employees. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential in this role. In addition, the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team is key.
Job DescriptionThe role of HR Coordinator is responsible for HR administrative support required to occur in country on standard HR programmes.
The following lists the key responsibilities of the role, however, there will be times when the incumbent will be required to support or drive additional PECM HR programmes.
Filing of all HR documents and maintaining employee personal files
Interface with Sundial for generating letters, getting wet signature, hand over to concerned individual & track receipt of documents
Benefits Administration - distribution of service awards, distribution of medical cards, coordinate with Helpdesk for enrollments, claims etc
Alias Management - for all HR owned aliases
Raising necessary HR POs
Processing HR vendor invoices (OC Tanner, Blueshift, UCS, Kotak, ICICI etc) including seeking approval and monitoring for timely payment
Review stock of stationery, HR forms, applications, files, joining kits etc and replenish as required. Send joining kits to Mumbai and Delhi as required.
Ensure meeting / conference rooms are blocked for HR use for Helpdesks, Arriving@Sun, joining formalities etc
Front end and manage all employee queries regarding HR policies and processes
Coordinate with Sundial for resolving of employee issues and be the point of escalation for Sundial.
Complete joining formalities for all new hires and coordinate with Sundial for new hire formalities
Conduct the Arriving@Sun induction program for new hires
Review content of new hire information packs, termination packs, RIF packs, onboarding materials as required and suggest changes.
Support government reporting requirements - including preparing all statutory reports, coordinating with contractor agencies for ensuring compliance and coordinating with the vendor for statutory compliances in all locations
Support government audit, SOX audit & other internal audit requirements â including providing employee data, coordinating with auditors etc.
Review HR reports prepared by Sundial and ensure accuracy of data â including monthly payroll report, HCR, BU Report, HR Ops Report etc
Prepare & send HR reports as required â including addition/deletion reports for benefits (Kotak, ICICI etc), Talentpro report, Intern report and other ad-hoc reports
Maintain and update the HR website content.
Manage/support local HR tools as required.
Coordinate with internal & external teams as required to support other HR program implementation

- Working in MNCs preferred.
- Prior experience in similar field mandatory.
