Associate - Talent Acquisition Job DescriptionTaking requirements from Recruiters / Team Leader, Understanding the requirement -Understanding of the organization and market and communicate to the prospective candidate
-Maintain a good source m ix as per guidelines â Head hunting, Sourcing through portals, Working on referencing, Pending joining
-Portal Sourcing: Make max usage of the available portals, communicate to the team leader and CST Manager on the portal effectiveness
-Head Hunting: Get a list of companies from where candidates to be head hunted for a given skill from recruiter / CST Manager / DRM and service the request
-Evaluating the CV based on the skill requirement â first level evaluation
-Grade each CV as per SLA
-Participate in the reviews
-Maintain SLA on number of offers per week / per month
-Market Intelligence â Build the C Vs from the competition / target companies through skill & project info
-Contribute to CV database
-Participate in the technical interviews to increase the hit ratio
-Incremental increase in the quality and quantity of CV
-Should be able to work hands on Internal Resourcing Portal
PS: The position is On Contract
