Job DescriptionEvolve and Improve Customer Relationships between Climate Control Contract Services our Channel Partners and End Customers through efficient and effective management of daily operational activities in line with TKare Contract Service Policies.
1. Manage and Process incoming claims including filtering, adjusting and closing checkout respecting and escalating approved claims to peers using the limits of authority as set by the business unit.
2. Produce customer specific reporting as required.
3. Receive monthly invoices from Dealers, Scan and forward to Accounts Payable Galway for Payment
Send monthly contract claim Payments to Dealers and Invoices to Customers.
4. Perform regular database management by way of adding-removing units from coverage plans, maintain â update customer records, names, organisations, locations, sub-locations, Dealer information etc.
5. Correct information on incorrectly submitted claims before authorising for payment.
6. Provide Operations support to Dealers in the administration of the service contracts.

o EXCELLENT ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
o SOUND TECHNICAL BACKGROUND RELATED TO ELECTRO-MECHANICAL OR SIMILAR ENVIRONMENT
o COMPUTER LITERATE
â LANGUAGE
o FLUENCY IN ENGLISH â KNOWLEDGE OF GERMAN AND/OR POLISH.
â EXPERIENCE
o SEVERAL YEARS OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN AREAS SUCH AS :
ï REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE ORGANISATIONS FOR AUTOMOTIVE, AGRICULTURAL, CONSTRUCTION, ON OR OFF ROAD MACHINERY.
ï SERVICE ROLE, CUSTOMER CARE ROLE IN FLEET OR LEASE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
