Job Description Coordination in the research activities such as scheduling for task meetings, calls and also the required documentation for the process
To maintain the Knowledge management system by uploading the relevant documents and providing the required support.
Contribute towards the overall strategic research process of HR&E by researching on secondary sources to gather relevant information
Work with the Intelligence analysts and provide them with necessary support in gathering the relevant information
Understanding the research request and put the relevant information as per the desired format
Assist the Stream Leader in the day to day coordination and operational activities for the HR&E SIS team.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation & job experience required
Bachelor Degree / MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory
0-1 years working experience in research / consulting area
Skills required Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software and the internet
Creative and innovative working style
Good educational background from a reputed institution
knowledge on secondary research and search skills
German language skills are a plus
