Job Description

 Coordination in the research activities such as scheduling for task meetings, calls and also the required documentation for the process
 To maintain the Knowledge management system by uploading the relevant documents and providing the required support.
 Contribute towards the overall strategic research process of HR&E by researching on secondary sources to gather relevant information
 Work with the Intelligence analysts and provide them with necessary support in gathering the relevant information
 Understanding the research request and put the relevant information as per the desired format
 Assist the Stream Leader in the day to day coordination and operational activities for the HR&E SIS team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & job experience required
 Bachelor Degree / MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory
 0-1 years working experience in research / consulting area

Skills required

 Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software and the internet
 Creative and innovative working style
 Good educational background from a reputed institution
 knowledge on secondary research and search skills
 German language skills are a plus
