Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager- System Job Description To develop and generate MIS from ERP/CRM, database administration, support users on ERP/CRM/networking and train users on these applications. Should be comfortable working on Micrsoft Navision ERP (Preferred)
Desired Profile - Database administration of CRM/ERP
- Timely and accurate generation of reports/MIS for users and management
- Maintaining integrity of databases with regular updates
- Co-ordination with implementation partners on the ERP/CRM for its timely and successful implementation
- Supporting users at Head office and other locations on all applications.
- Backup of ERP/CRM database and users data
