System Analyst (SABA) Job Description Project Overview:
FMR India HRS business services organization helps our business partners move corporate/institutional customers onto the Fidelity service model (platforms/services). This is done through a series of processes, both technical & non-technical, that help a customer begin to use our products & services. We are currently in the process of establishing a team of systems analysts to engage Fidelity’s clients in the Workforce Administration and Talent Management space for delivering solutions and services
Description: The Implementation Systems Analyst role requires expertise in systems requirement elicitation & analysis, systems configuration with ability to understand domain and industry contexts. The analyst will seek opportunities to provide value-added solutions for clients, while striving for efficient, repeatable methods and processes for implementing and supporting client business needs.
Skills:1. Solutioning and architecting for SABA deployments
2. Consulting customers on product evaluations
4. Act as the primary technical contact for all issues.
5. Strong customer handling skills
6. Experience of pre-sales activities
8. Integration and customization of SABA products (PM, LMS, TP)
9. Assist in the migration and ongoing deployment.
10. Identify and implement any product modifications and additional customized requirements
11. At least one full scale implementation experience.
Desired Profile Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Performs requirements workshops with the client teams.
2. Design and development of strategies involved in the deployment of the products.
3. Conduct needs analyses, assesses technical capabilities, and performs strategic planning to design functional and operational client solutions.
4. Conduct systems configurations of the products.
5. Assess technical capabilities and conduct strategic planning
6. Manage complex projects.
Experience and Qualifications:
You should be any Graduate or BE / Post Graduate with more than 4-6 years of experience as SABA Implementations Consultant (PM, LMS, TP)
Should possess good oral and written communication skills
