Job Description   

Acquire high domain competency in systems being implemented
Participate in design of system being implemented
Implement business process based on functional specifications & solution architecture
Test implementation and ensure robustness of system
Provide documentation of implementation to ensure easy maintainability of system
High awareness of quality processes & standards
Excellent communication skills, analytical ability & inter-personal skills
Drive to excel & define standards of performance

Desired Profile    

NON – ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

1. Should be a resident of Mumbai. (please note that candidates who are not from Mumbai, need not apply. The candidate should have residence proof of mumbai)
2. Good Communication, Comprehension & Analytical Skills
3. Should be open to working across time zones, geographies & technology
4. Willing to be based out of Mangalore (ELLA) for the 2 month training
5. Willing to sign the surety bond

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

1. A minimum aggregate of 60% in all 8 semesters of graduation
2. No backlog papers
3. Should not be from a non technical background (including bio tech)
4. If the candidate is awaiting results, needs to be mentioned on the resume
