Job Description   

Designation/Role: Executive

Exp: 0-2 years.

Location :   Noida/India

Qualification: Any Graduates/Preferably "B.A English"

Communication: Good Written and Communication skills.

Shift timings: Willing to work in Night Shifts"24/7 Environment"

Role & Responsibilities: 1. The process deals with the resolution of the escalations received via email or in client workflow.

2. He/She will be directly interacting with Client team, agents, Client Marketing team, members and some time US federal agencies like CMS via email. For this a person with good written communication skill are required.)
