Team Leader - Java


Job Description   

Design or architecting software solutions in Enterprise application domain.
Creating class diagrams (UML representation), sequence diagrams and use case diagrams using industry standard tools like Enterprise Architect or Rational Rouse.
Team leading and resource management skills.

Desired Profile    

Should have very sound knowledge and hands on experience in design or architecting software solutions in Enterprise application domain.
Should have prior experience of creating class diagrams (UML representation), sequence diagrams and use case diagrams using industry standard tools like Enterprise Architect or Rational Rouse.
Should have sound exposure to SDLC methodologies.
Should have very sound JAVA programming knowledge.
Should have very good understanding of enterprise applications.
Should have very strong communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability.
Should have considerably good team leading and resource management skills.
