Job Description   

Expectations from the incumbent.

1) Understand the feeds coming into the ACTIMIZE tool and prepare requirement documents based on new requests from business.
2) Prepare func specs and technical design document.
3) Manage the development team working from offshore to do the development
4) Do the testing to verify if the requirements are met.

So basically we need a owner for this AML, **** detection system (Actimize) for the forthcoming enhancements. The essential requirement is that the resource should have worked on the ACTIMIZEsystem and should be able to manage a team.

1) Has to be go getter , understand the requirements & analyse the same.

2) Has to be focussed to prepare func specs and technical design document.
3) Team Management Skills

4) Good Communications Skills.
