REQUIREMENT:

Must Have Skills: Knowledge of windows/desktop troubleshooting Very Good communication skills (Verbal over phone as well as written) willingnes! s to work in shifts and 24x7 operations

Experience in voice based tech support and remote troubleshooting skills.

A very good communication skills is mandatory as it is a voice based process.

Experience :  6 months to 2.5yrs of experience.

Role: IT Infra Engineer /Specialised

Education :  BTech/MCA/MSc(Cs)/BCA/BSc(Cs)/BCom Fresh Graduates with regular Course(eg:From 2005 passouts onwards)

Work Location :   Hyderabad

Must be willing to work in shifts and 24/7 operations
