Job Description

1. Shortlisting resumes from Job Portals and Internal Portal.
2. Taking telephonic interviews of shortlisted resumes and scheduling the shortlisted candidates from telephonic interview for online test.
3. Follow up with candidates till the candidates is offered and joined.
4. Communication with consultants for recruitment requirement as and when required.
5. Maintaining and updating daily report.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good verbal and written communication skills.
6 – 12 months of experience as a recruiter in a recruitment consultancy.
