Quality Analyst(Voice Process)

·Candidates should Be a graduate/awaiting results(B.A/BCOM/BSc/BBM/)

2-4Yrs of experience in a voice based process

·Good written/spoken communication skills.

·Ready to work in Night Shift.

Job Description:

Quality Assurance Analyst

·         Perform Call Monitoring for the outbound calls generated by our agents.  Give necessary feedback to the agents based on the call monitoring.

·         Perform quality checks on processes, maintain quality records, provide QC reports – daily, weekly or monthly – as required by the process,

·         provide updates to the operations team, maintain and verify the consistency of the updates

·         Responsible for error detection, error rectification and quality assurance in the process

·         Responsible for coordination between the quality and the operations team

·         Trend analysis, monitoring and reporting across processes on matters pertaining to quality

·         Provide feedback and process improvement recommendations

·         Analyze the scope for productivity improvements

·         Identify and train resources of the operations team to act as quality analysts as and when required

·         Adhere to the rules and regulations as set by the management/company

·         Any other duties as assigned by the management
