Job Description
CCEs required for Customer Query Resolution through:
1. Phone (Inbound/Outbound)
Please carry a passport photograph or any other form of identification for the interview.
Desired Profile
- Prospective candidate should have a minimum experience* of 9 months with a call center engaged in Customer Service.
- Candidate must be able to speak both English and Hindi fluently without Regional or Mother Tongue Influence.
- He/She must also have an English Typing Speed of minimum 20wpm with 90% accuracy.
