Quality Assurance Expert (Scrum Master, CMMI)


Job Description   

No Testing experience only QA-CMMI / ISO /Six Sigma experience.
• Software quality assurance and Agile Methodology. ISO 9000/ CMM/ CMMI/Agile (SCRUM)
Agile Experience :  Preferably Certified Scrum Master
• Should have been involved in providing Scrum Trainings and coaching.
• Provide coaching support to project teams in terms of planning, estimations.
• Should have been involved in helping Scrum Teams in analyzing requirements and breaking down into independent stories.
• Helping the teams in analyzing the Burn down charts, Burn up Charts etc
• Innovative ideas of mentoring the Scrum teams as per the Scrum Framework
• Facilitating Sprint Reviews and Retrospection
Quality Assurance Experience :  
• Should have been involved in preparation of Quality Plan for projects.
• Provide support to project teams during planning, process tailoring and project execution
• Should have been involved in collection of project metrics and analyzing project performance
• Analyzing and compiling of Root cause Analysis for project and take appropriate preventive action from its reoccurrence.
• Report project quality related issues to top management on regular basis.
• Performs quality reviews and other control activities (e.g. participates in reviews of work products and processes) to identify weak processes.

Agile Experience :  Preferably Certified Scrum Master
