Assistant Manager / Manager - Strategy and Planning


Job Description

Responsibilities:

Active involvement in market research programs

 Execute planned initiatives at all operational levels

 Reporting operational metrics to higher management

 Responsible for providing pre-/post sales support

 Prepare technical proposals etc

 Prepare the sales pitch

 Create presentations and collaterals for proposals

Summarizing and analyzing data

Drive the implementation of processes and business operations.

 High level Analysis including the environmental scan, SWOT analysis, identifying strategic issues and goals.

Essential knowledge/Skills Required:

'- Understanding of IT Systems

- Information Technology and Information Systems based pre-sales / business development experience

- Experience in pre sales

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project and Visio

- Experience in Operational Management

- Experience in Knowledge Management

- Good Communication Skills

- Prior experience in Macro/Micro level Reporting
