Admin Executive - Haridwar & Ludhiana Job Description We require Admin Execuitve for Haridwar & Ludhiana Location (only localite candidates can apply or those who are wiling to relocate to these locations can apply)

Ensure monitoring and reporting on implementation of all administrative policies by the branch offices in the region.
Communicate with supervisors of all outsourced agencies for administrative task of the branch offices as directed by the Regional Manager.
To report on discipline and attendance of all company employees.
Assist in selection of branch office sites, liaison / coordination with landlords and fixation of rent etc of such locations.
Monitor and report the progress on all office interior works and ensure that the Civil contractors are meeting the qualitative requirements of the Company and also ensuring timely completion of the offices.
Assist in handing / taking over of the branch offices from the contractors and making out their inventories.
Ensure Implementation of construction policies of the Company.
Assisting the Branch Managers in various repairs and maintenance.
