Job Description• Work closely with business aligned service delivery and service introduction teams to understand the service or operational requirements
• Monitoring alerts for Unix, Wintel, DB services and Backup for Investment Banking area. This is a level 0 or 1 activity based on a global workflow system
• Ensure that the work is carried out as per agreed service level targets
• Responsible for workflow escalation to second level support teams
• Responsible for creation of tickets
• Escalate issues to the request coordinator to ensure that the business is kept updated on the progress
Desired Candidate Profile3 years full time graduate in any stream including technical diploma holders.
