Showroom Manager (Pune) Job Description 1.Requirement for Direct Company owned Showroom
2.Tapping the Walkin customers for bike Sales,Responsible for achieving retail Sales Targets for each shop.
3.Tracking of daily sales of shops analyzing day-to-day performance of the sales team vis- a vis area.
4.Conduct Sales analysis & achieve sales budgets.
5.Manage the implementation of Merchandising Concept at the shops.
6.Driving customer service standards to achieve sales and exceed customer satisfaction.
7.Responsible for Business development revenue generation customer acquisition and retention.
8.Work closely with the Stock and Service Managers, coach and manage the trading team to ensure consistent stock availability and excellent service standards.
9.Plan and Forecast Manpower requirements & allocate targets to individual manpower.
10.Develop promotional activities exclusively for the shops & responsible for the actual implementation of the same to achieve company strategy.
Desired Profile 1.The candidate should be Graduate/MBA in Marketing.
2.The candidate should have 2 -3 years experience in retail industry.
3.The candidate should have Local networking skills, ability to influence and selling skills,Sales Planning,Market Analysis,Good Communication Skills,Good Interpersonal Skills,Leadership & motivation Skills,Highly Enthusiatic & Energetic.
4.Knowledge of automobile industry, Product Knowledge,Experience in retail environment is required.
