HR Executive Job Description Ø 1-2 years experience in Employee relations.
Ø Experience to handle US based process employs preferred.
Ø Conversant with Industry Best Practices in HR and ER
Ø Excellent understanding of the day to day HR issues.
Ø Excellent in Presentation skills.
Ø Being able to review, understand, and analyze the situations.
Ø Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel)
Ø Good command on English and ability to communicate with senior management verbal and written.
Ø Ability to work with little to no supervision and complete tasks as directed.
Ø Comfortable to work in night shifts (US time).
Ø Willing to sign a bond.
