Job Description

Interview candidates based on the standard requirements
Facilitate the recruitment process
Vendor liasion
Innovate recruitment channels
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
Induct new employees into the organization

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA in HR
6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience
ITES recruitment experience will be preferred
Willing to travel within and outside state.
Preferably male candidate.

Keywords :  MBA - HR with atleast six months experience in recruitment
