Job Description

Management Information System [MIS Team]:-
> Scrubbing Raw Data for Dialing purpose {Raw data contain all details of Customer}.
> Uploading the Data in Database & Uploading into the Dialer
> Updating and Maintaining Agent Performance Report.
> Updating and Maintaining Agent Unique Performance Report.
> Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly Attendance Reports.
> Updating all agents Attendance details to GIS Software.
> Updating and Maintaining the MIS of all activities.
> Maintaining & Updating the Records of Leads Generated by Agents
> Maintaining Incentive Tracker
