Engineer - Installation and Support


Job Description   

To oversee and undertake home installations. Deliver high quality service levels at all touch points. Be customer oriented

Responsible for installation and commissioning of the system
Attending service calls post installation & commissioning
Providing service support for any Bose product at customer site
Rack building for system integration, developing circuit and connectivity diagrams
Responsible for service level deliverables for all home audio installations
Meeting customers, reviewing customer designs and suggesting solutions as and when required
Training the customer on system operations

Department: Retail Division

Reporting to: Manager - Installation and Support

Desired Profile

Experience :  0.5 - 2 Years
Education Profile:Graduation

Special Course:
B.E./ B.Tech

Travel Required: Ocassionally
