HR Trainee


Job Description   

The candidate is responsible for sourcing/screening/validating profiles using portals, references, etc. Understanding the Recruitment Cycle and hands on experience in IT Rectuitments would be an added advantage

Desired Profile    

The Candidate should have prior experience in sourcing profiles which matches the Job Descriptions using portals, references. Ability to handle Channel Management i.e., handling a group of Vendors/ Recruitment Consultants to enable recruitment solutions.

Local candidates from Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula would be preffered.
