Relationship Officer-(Ludhiana, Jaladhar, Mohali)


Job Description    

Key Accountabilities:

Sales
· Meets sales targets
Maintain active sales pipeline
Acquires new customers
Encourages credit worthy old customers to renew loans
Handles all 1000 customers of assigned sales Zone, Acquire minimum 250 of them & cross sell to existing customers
CPV & TRC
Relationship building with customers as well as with customers in the assigned area of operations
Collections
Monitors and collects payment of loans
Monitor own portfolio
Collects regular payments from his loan customers
Maintains collection efficiency at targeted level
Others

· Helps Business Unit manager establish Company brand through local marketing

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

· Sales volume

· Payment collection (< 30 DPD)

· Quality of portfolio (NCL & Non-Starters)

· New customer acquisition – min 250/100

Job Specification

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum qualification 12th Std. or equivalent
Professional Experience :

Sales officer in Financial services, Banking industry. Exceptionally can be looked at from FMCG industry or similar retail field, if operating in the proposed branch area
Competencies Expected:

Ability to build good relationship with customers
