Roles and Responsibilities:
• Take implementation projects, trouble shooting and Microsoft Driven Cases
• Log a case for every incident escalated during implementation and work on the problem till resolution
• Document the implementation approach and research work done and share with the team members
• Demonstrate excellent communication and professionalism while working with the customer
• Maintain and develop customer satisfaction in every customer association.
• Get skilled in the new features and technologies on the supported product by self-learning. Other Skills

Skills Required:
Highly technical and innovative Support Professionals with a "can do" attitude to address the implementation of projects within the SMB and Enterprise arena. SP shall have a proven track record of customer support, troubleshooting and customer satisfaction in a technical or support environment. The role is a technical specialist in a team environment involving daily interaction with customers & support engineers for technical clarification, problem resolution and technical support on phone or email. Engineer must be an energetic and enthusiastic team player with a stable career background in Microsoft Product support.
A minimum of 2+ years experience in online/remote support, system administration on Microsoft Infrastructure Products. Ideal candidates will have very good knowledge of a t least Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory. Should possess good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007, Microsoft SCCM 2007, SMS 2003, SCOM 2007.
