Job Description

Provide 24x7 support for the Recon application.

Should be able to troubleshoot the issues and provide the fix within SLA

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND Experience : ?
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* Overall 5+ years of IT experience.
* At least 3 or more years of programming and/or software development experience
* Minimum of 3 or more years experience in Application Support/Maintenance.
* Must have working experience with COBOL, JCL and VSAM.
* Must have working experience with SQL Server or any RDBMS.
* Must have knowledge on Client Server technologies.
Must be familiar with problem tracking systems

* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties including FTI management, executives, co-workers, customers and outside business associates

* Ability to maintain flexibility in a dynamic organization
* Ability to create detailed specifications based on business user requirements
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work with all levels of users
* Ability to maintain updated knowledge of procedures, products and activities of assigned area and share job knowledge as appropriate
* Ability to articulate information to both internal and external customers in a manner that is clear and easily understood
* Ability to perform unit and integration testingAbility to analyze and clarify specifications as stated in the Technical System Design Document (TSD)
