UMTS Protocol Software Development Engineer Job Description Position involves following responsibilities:
. Work in Design and development of new features for UMTS dual mode mobile phone based on customer & protocol standards requirement.
. Releasing software to end customers and solving problems reported by them.
Desired Profile Looking for 2 to 5 years of industry experience in real time embedded telecom systems.
. The candidate must be proficient in C
. Good analytic and problem solving skills.
. Good understanding of real time operating systems concepts, data structures and software development lifecycle.
. Knowledge and good experience in wireless domain like GSM,GPRS,EDGE & UMTS
. Protocol stack AS development experience in RRC/RLC/MAC/L1 is preferred
. Good knowledge 3gpp standards.
