Call Monitoring and solving the basic problems of users through net meeting, remote desktop & mail.

Support of basic hardware & software problems & escalation of call to 2nd level.
Creation of calls reports and analysis
User Interaction & Support
Call Escalation
Call Analysis
Report for Management

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E/B.Sc/BCA/MCA/B.Cs/M.Cs/M.Sc with excellent communication skills and Apptitude apply.
Mumbai based position (Candidates based in Mumbai only will be considered)
IT, Software, Hardware, system,Technical understanding mandatory
