All should meet the major criteria of having Good to Very Good communication skills.

Onsite TG3/4: 1 (Vancouver, Canada)

3-6 years of experience on Genesys

Skills:

• Genesys Core/consulting skill sets
• Genesys PM experience
• Customer interaction experience
• Some Voice switch experience

Onsite TG3: 3 (Vancouver, Canada)

2-4 years in Genesys alone

Skills:

1) Voice ( Inbound)
2) Multimedia (Email)
3) IVR/Genesys/Outbound

• Some PM experience
• Customer interaction experience
• Some voice switch experience

Offshore TG3: 3 (Pune)

2-4 years in Genesys alone

Skills:
1) Voice ( Inbound)
2) Multimedia (Email)
3) IVR/Genesys/Outbound

Additionally

Avaya/Nortel Knowledge
UNIX a must

• PM experience
• Customer interaction experience

Offshore TG2: 6 (Pune)

1-4 years in Genesys alone

Skills: (either one of these)

1) Voice ( Inbound)
2) Multimedia (Email)
3) IVR-Genesys/Outbound
4) Avaya switch knowledge

Additionally
Nortel switch knowledge
Unix a must
