College degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2 - 5 Years professional experience in IT in J2EE technologies, Hibernate, Spring, Jboss framework
Competencies:
Solid Expertise in Implementation of Java, J2EE frameworks and related technologies like XML, Hibernate etc
Experience in using design tools like Rational rose, open source design tools
Experience in using Java/J2EE design patterns
Experience in using Spring framework/Seam framework
Experience with advanced Object Oriented design, Java/J2EE design patterns, and capable of working without supervision.
Experience in SQL, and Multi-threaded applications
Experience in JMS is a big plus.
Desired Candidate ProfileQualification: BE / BTech
Experience : 1-3 YEARS
Skills: We are looking for an experienced Sr Java,J2EE Developer to work on critical system components and serve as a J2EE technology lead for the project. - -- This is a team member position with hands-on requirements.
- The preferred candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering / or a related field, with 2-5 years in Information Technology and 1 - 2 years in J2EE Technologies, Hibernate, and Spring framework experience.
- Work experience in Jboss Seam framework will be a big plus.

Implementation of complex, mission-critical system components
Establish development standards and b est practices
Provide technical insight within the project and to the interfacing projects
Promote and ensure code reusability and maintainability
